Machado Meyer Advogados advised XP Investimentos S.A. and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. in CRA of ISEC Securitizadora

pjimage 2021 06 04T095237.356Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal advisors to XP Investimentos S.A. and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., assisting in the preparation and review of the documents of the 32nd Issue of Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables of ISEC Securitizadora SA, in a series, backed by Agribusiness Credits owed by Neomille S.A., in the total amount of about R$ 253,636,000.00.

Machado Meyer had the partner Eduardo Castro (pictured) and lawyers Antonio Augusto S. Bruni, Renan Valverde Granja.
