Machado Meyer Advogados advised VAG Holding GmbH on the acquisition of Brazilian valve supplier RTS
Machado Meyer Advogados advised the German group VAG Holding GmbH, part of Aurelius Group, on the acquisition of the shares of RTS Válvulas, a Brazilian valve manufacturer.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
RTS is a 100% Brazilian company, founded in 1984. With facilities in the city of Guarulhos, Greater São Paulo, it started its activities manufacturing butterfly and double gate check valves, pneumatic and electric actuators.
Machado Meyer Advogados had partners Luiz Mascaro and Rodrigo Seizo Takano and lawyers Bianca Telles Menchise and Luiza Cilento Toscano.
Madrona Advogados assisted RTS Válvulas and relied on partner Milena Mazzini and associates Alessandra Vilardi Muller and Nathalia Schwengber Gasparini.
