Machado Meyer and Dias Carneiro act on Mercado Crédito offering
Machado Meyer advised the issuer, Dias Carneiro Advogados advised the coordinators, in the public offering of the 3rd issue of Financial Bills (LFs) by Mercado Crédito Sociedade de Crédito, Financiamento e Investimento, carried out in three series, totaling BRL 1.25 billion.
The transaction was registered with the CVM. Mercado Crédito is a financial institution linked to the Mercado Livre ecosystem, which operates in the credit and financing segment, offering financial solutions to companies and consumers on the platform.
Machado Meyer advised Mercado Crédito and relied on partner Eduardo Castro (pictured left), lawyers Pedro Nasi and Rafaella Dias de Souza.
Dias Carneiro Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA and UBS BB Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and was represented by partner Victor Henrique Baptistin (pictured right), associates Felipe Figuerola Tenerelli and Vitória Magno Lucindo Mazetto Bianchi Costa.
