Machado Meyer and Lefosse act in CRA’s issue by Virgo

Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal counsel of Grupo Balbo, representing Usina São Francisco S.A., Usina Santo Antônio S.A. and Lefosse Advogados acted as legal counsel of the underwriters XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A and Banco Santander (BRASIL) S.A. in the public offering, with restricted efforts, of the 46th issue of Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables of Virgo Companhia de Securitização.
The issue was made according to CVM Instruction 476, and CVM 600. The CRA’s in the amount of R$100 million are guaranteed by agribusiness credit rights arising from debentures issued by Usina São Francisco S.A.
