Machado Meyer and Lefosse act in debentures issue of COSERN
Machado Meyer advised Companhia Energética do Rio Grande do Norte – COSERN and Neoenergia on the 10th issuance of non-convertible debentures of COSERN.
The issuance consisted in three series of non-convertible debentures, with personal guarantee of Neoenergia in the total amount of BRL 800 milion and was publicly distributed in accordance with CVM Rule 476, therefore, with restricted selling efforts.
