Machado Meyer and Lefosse act in sustainability bond offering for JBS

Machado Meyer Advogados advised the underwriters, Lefosse Advogados advised the issuer

JBS Finance Luxembourg S.à.r.l. sustainability bond offering guaranteed by JBS S.A. The offering amount was US$ 1 billion.

Machado Meyer Advogados represented Barclays Capital Inc., Santander Investment Securities Inc. in partnership with Davis Polk & Wardwell.

The Machado Meyer team was led by partner Eduardo Castro (pictured left) and attorney Karina Tiaki Momose.

JBS Finance Luxembourg S.à.r.l was represented by White & Case.

JBS S.A. was assisted by Lefosse, led by partners Ricardo Prado (pictured centre), Bruno Massis (pictured right) and associate Pedro Cruciol.
