Machado Meyer and Lefosse advise on debenture issue by Auren

Machado Meyer advised the issuer; Lefosse advised the coordinators on the third issue of simple, non-convertible debentures, of the unsecured type, in a single tranche, for public distribution, with additional guarantee provided by Auren Energia, under the automatic registration rite, of Auren Participações, carried out under the terms of CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 1,15 billion.

The debentures intended for professional investors, with a maturity of 12 (twelve) years from the issue date, was intermediated by the following banks: Banco Votorantim, UBS BB Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Banco Santander (Brasil), Banco Bradesco BBI, BTG Pactual Investment Banking, XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira.
