Machado Meyer and Lefosse in issuance of Sendas Distribuidora
Machado Meyer assisted Sendas Distribuidora, Lefosse assisted the Brazilian and international underwriters in the secondary public offering of 140,800,000 common shares, including common shares represented by American Depositary Shares of Sendas Distribuidora, with restricted placement efforts in Brazil in accordance with CVM 476.
The total ammount of ofeering was R$ 2,675,200,000.00.
Machado Meyer advised Sendas Distribuidora and the selling shareholders from Casino Group and relied on partners Eliana Ambrósio Chimenti (pictured left) and Alessandra de Souza Pinto (pictured center left), associates Rafael Erlinger de Oliveira, Renata Augusto Passos and legal assistant Igor Assis.
