Machado Meyer and Lobo de Rizzo on issuance of Maestro Frotas
Machado Meyer and Lobo de Rizzo advised on the 6th issuance of simple debentures of Maestro Locadora de Veículos in the total amount of R$90 million.
The net proceeds obtained by Maestro Locadora de Veículos with the issuance of the debentures will be fully used for reinforcement your cash flow; and acquisition of new vehicles and machinery.
