Machado Meyer Advogados acted as advisor to the issuers in the issuances of Commercial Notes issues of Neoenergia Coelba, Neoenergia Celpe and Neoenergia Cosern.
The transactions were structured in accordance with Law 14.195 and CVM Instruction 476, for a total amount of BRL 1.5 billion.
The Neoenergia Cosern transaction and the first series of the Neoenergia Coelba issuance were certified as green bonds.
