Machado Meyer and Monteiro Rusu act on COSERN’s note issue

The 1st issue of commercial notes, in two series, with corporate guarantee, for public distribution with restricted efforts, of Companhia Energética do Rio Grande do Norte – COSERN, in the total amount of R$ 200 million.
The issue was guaranteed by Neoenergia S.A.
The complexity of the work involved the coordination of the offering and issuance of three issues of promissory notes simultaneously by the Neoenergia group.
