Machado Meyer and Monteiro Rusu advise on Cimed issuance

Machado Meyer advised the issuer; Monteiro Rusu Advogados advised the bookrunner on the 4th issuance of debentures, non-convertible into shares, of Cimed & CO, for public distribution, according to CVM 160, under firm commitment of UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as sole bookrunner, in the total amount of BRL 500 million.
