Machado Meyer and Monteiro Rusu advise on Cimed issue

Machado Meyer advised the issuer; Monteiro Rusu Advogados advised the bookrunner on the 3rd issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, of Cimed, for public distribution, according to CVM 160, under firm commitment of XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as sole bookrunner, in the total amount of BRL 600 million.
