Machado Meyer and Pinheiro Neto act on the Indigo’s acquisition
Machado Meyer and Pinheiro Neto advised on the acquisition of 44.39% of Administradora Geral de Estacionamentos‘ capital stock by Indigo Group, previously held by Patria Infraestrutura III – Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia.
With the completion of the transaction, Indigo will hold 100% control of the operation in the country, consolidating its position as the sole shareholder of the company.
Machado Meyer advised Indigo Group and relied on partners Guilherme Malouf (pictured left), Luciana Costa Engelberg, Maria Eugênia Novis, and lawyer Gabriel Leão Vazami.
