Machado Meyer and Stocche Forbes acted in the first issue of debentures of Concessionária do Sistema Rodoviário Rio-São Paulo S.A., through which 1,050,000 (one million and fifty thousand) simple debentures, not convertible into shares, unsecured, with additional corporate guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution, with restricted distribution efforts.
The total amount of the issue was R$ 1.050 billion.
Machado Meyer Advogados advised Concessionária do Sistema Rodoviário Rio-São Paulo S.A. and was headed by partners Adriano Schnur (pictured top left) and Paulo Markossian Nunes (pictured bottom left) and lawyers Helena Daher Rodrigues Moreira and Vitor Pisarro Bradley De Araujo.
Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA S.A., Banco J.P. Morgan S.A. and UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. as underwriters, and had partner Marcos Canecchio Ribeiro (pictured right) and associates Ravel T.
