Machado Meyer and Stocche Forbes advised on the 12th issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, with additional fidejussory guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution, under the automatic registration rite, by Elektro Redes, in the total amount of BRL 200 million with fidejussory guarantee provided by NeoEnergia.
