Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal advisor of Randon S.A. Implementos e Participações during the 9th issuance of debentures, simple, uncollectible, unsecured, in two series, for public offering with restricted placement efforts.
Stocche Forbes Advogados acted as advisor to the offering coordinators Banco Itaú BBA S.A., Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. The total amount was R$ 500 million.
Machado Meyer Advogados advised the issuer and included the partner Gustavo Secaf Rebello (pictured left) and lawyers Gabrielle Pelegrini F. do Prado Pacca,
Leonardo Sabongi Lavinas Guimarães.
