Machado Meyer and T&C advise on the CCR PRVias issue
Machado Meyer Advogados advised Concessionária de Rodovias PR Vias; Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised the coordinators on the public offering of debentures issued by Concessionária de Rodovias PRVias (CCR PRVias), in the amount of BRL 1.010 billion.
The funds obtained by CCR PRVias through the issuance of the Debentures shall be fully and exclusively used for investments in the recovery, operation, maintenance, monitoring, conservation, implementation of improvements, expansion of capacity and maintenance of the level of service of the highway system in the State of Paraná, within the term and under the conditions specified in the Concession Agreement and in the PER (Project), as well as for payment and/or reimbursement of costs, expenses or debts eligible for reimbursement, related to the Project, under the terms of Law 12,431.
