Machado Meyer and VBSO on CRA backed by Aço Verde
Machado Meyer acted as Aço Verde do Brasil’s legal counsel on the offering for public distribution with restricted placement efforts, pursuant to CVM Rule No. 476, of Agribusiness Credit Receivable Certificates (CRAs) of the 1st and 2nd series, of the 120th issuance of Virgo Companhia de Securitização, backed by agribussines credit rights of Aço Verde do Brasil, in the total amount of R$400 million.
VBSO Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA and XP Investimentos Corretora De Câmbio, Títulos E Valores Mobiliários, as coordinators of the offering.
