Machado Meyer Advogados advised Omiexperience S.A. in investment round of over R$540 million
Machado Meyer Advogados advised Omie in a Series C investment round led by SBLA Holdco I LLC (Softbank) and with the participation of other investors, namely: Dyna Fund III, Hix SaaS I LP, Velt Partners Special Investment IV LLC, BGR I Fund of Investment in Multi-strategy Participations, Brasil Capital Crossover II LP and Endeavor Catalyst III LP, as well as with the additional investment from Riverwood, which was already part of Omie’s cap table.
The value of the transaction was R$540,244,428.32 on the closing date.
