Machado Meyer Advogados assisted Excella Gestão de Saúde Populacional Ltda. in the formation of a partnership with Semantix Participações S.A. and Semantix Tecnologia em Sistema de Informação S.A. for the acquisition of 50% of Tradimus Consultoria e Serviços em TI Ltda. (currently being transformed into a corporation).
The transaction represents a partnership for the development of data management services in the health area through digital platforms and other means to be developed by the parties.
