Machado Meyer assisted Goldman Sachs in structuring BRL 2.1 billion receivables investment funds (FIDCs)
Machado Meyer Advogados assisted Goldman Sachs in structuring a receivables investment fund (FIDCs) to acquire receivables from payroll loans granted to INSS beneficiaries through the Meu Tudo electronic platform.
Goldman Sachs will hold the subordinated quotas of each FIDC, which will be leveraged in the future by senior investors.
The transaction also involves Goldman Sachs’ investment in Meu Tudo, structured through the issue of a subscription bonus and a Liquidity Agreement.
The value of all the FIDCs to be structured under the transaction, over the next 42 months is R$2,100,000,000.00
