Machado Meyer Advogados advised the underwriters Banco BTG Pactual S.A., Banco Itaú BBA S.A., UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A., in the public offering of guaranteed debentures of Vamos Locação de Caminhões, Máquinas e Equipamentos S.A., non-convertible into shares, for public distribution with restricted efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476.
The total amount of the offering was BRL 1 billion;
