Machado Meyer counsels Credit Suisse on Norte Asset debentures issue

Machado Meyer counselled Banco de Investimentos Credit Suisse Brasil S.A. on the BRL 2 million debentures issue by Norte Asset Management Gestão De Recursos S.A.

Norte Asset Management Gestão De Recursos S.A., made its 1st issue of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, in two series, of unsecured species, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, in the total amount of BRL 2,000,000.00, with profit sharing.

The firm Machado Meyer Advogados advised the coordinator of the offering, Banco de Investimentos Credit Suisse Brasil S.A.
