Machado Meyer has advised Golgi Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário on the sale of warehouses for XP LOG FII

Machado Meyer advised Golgi Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário on the sale of 2 logistics warehouses and 17 warehouses to XP LOG Fundo de Investimento.
The warehouses are part of a logistics condominium not fully developed/constructed and are currently leased to B2W.

Acting for Machado Meyer were partner Ivana Amorim De Coelho Bomfim (pictured) and lawyer Danielle Bufalo.

XP LOG Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário was represented by Stocche Forbes Advogados.
