Machado Meyer counsels REC on the 1ST issuance of bonds

Machado Meyer counselled REC Regis in Empreendimentos e Participações S.A. on its 1ST issuance of bonds in the amount of R$140 million

Machado Meyer acted in the public offering, with restricted placement efforts, of debentures of REC Regis Empreendimentos e Participações S.A., pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, in the total amount of R$140,000,000.00.

In addition to the significant amount of the transaction, the deal involved the financing of an important company in storage facilities for the logistics and distribution segment. The debentures are secured by certain assets owned by the issuer and guaranteed by the parent company.

Machado Meyer had partner Eduardo Castro (pictured) and lawyers César Henrique Lobeiro, Karina Tiaki Momose, Raquel Aguiar Dias Barcelos Coutinho.
