Machado Meyer in new Real Estate issue of True Securitizadora
Machado Meyer has advised Direcional Engenharia, as structurer, in the 331st issue in two series of real estate credit certificates issued by True Securitizadora.
The certificates, backed by debentures of the 11th issue of Direcional Engenharia, will be destined to qualified investors, under the terms of CVM Resolution 160.
This transaction was signed on 28 June and closed on 5 August, for an amount of BRL $311,934,000.00 (USD $54,111,993.89). Cescon Barrieu Flesch & Barreto Advogados also participated in the transaction.
The advice involved the structuring of the transaction, preparation, review and negotiation of all necessary documentation.
