Machado Meyer in PB Administradora de Estacionamento’s issuance

Machado Meyer advised PB Administradora de Estacionamento on its 1st issue of commercial notes, in a single series, with real and additional fiduciary guarantee, of private placement, in the amount of BRL 110 million.

The funds obtained through the issue of the Commercial Notes will be used for working capital and refinancing.

Machado Meyer relied on partner Paulo Markossian Nunes (pictured) and lawyers Andre Moretti De Gois, Vitor Pisarro Bradley De Araujo.
