Machado Meyer assisted Dinamica Generale in the investment of a minority equity stake of 14% in Weightech Comércio, Importação e Exportação de Equipamentos de Pesagem.
The transaction value was not disclosed. This was the first investment of Dinamica Generale in Brazil.
Machado Meyer relied on partner Luiz Mascaro (pictured) and lawyers Flavia Piras Lodi, Luiza Cilento Toscano,
Menezes Niebuhr Advogados Associados was also involved at this deal.
