Machado Meyer on the first issue of TTCH4 secured debentures
Machado Meyer advised on the first issue of secured debentures, in a single series, for public distribution by automatic registration, under the terms of CVM Resolution 160, by TTCH4 PARTICIPAÇÕES.
This transaction, signed on 20 July and closed on 31 July, had a total amount of R $80,000,000.00 (USD $16,872,297.79). Trench Rossi Watanabe acted as advisor to TTCH4.
The firm advised Banco Santander (Brazil) and Ubs Brasil Corretora De Câmbio Títulos E Valores Mobiliários, which acted as the Arrangers in the preparation, review and negotiation of the offering documents.
Trench Rossi Watanabe advised TTCH4 through partner Luís Ambrósio, with the participation of Rafael Rahal Disposti and interns João Costa Marques and Tiago Gloeden Soares Bernardo.
