Machado Meyer supports Patria Infraestrutura in CADE submission

Machado Meyer advised on the notification to Cade of the the acquisition, by Infraestrutura Brasil Holding 38, ultimately held by Pátria Infraestrutura Energia Core Renda Fundo de Investimento em Participações em Infraestrutura, of all the shares representing the share capital of certain companies that hold assets and rights related to distributed solar generation projects, ultimately controlled by Raízen Energia.

Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal counsel for Pátria Investimentos and relied on partner Maria Eugenia Novis (pictured left) and Diana Pacifico Henne (pictured right), lawyers Marina Ourives Garcia, Stella Maria Margarita La Regina.
