Machado Meyer, TozziniFreire, Lobo de Rizzo and Lefosse topped the rankings of the most recent annual report on the Brazilian private credit market on TTR Data (ttrdata.com), which analyzed the fundraising scenario using the issuance of debentures, commercial notes and securitization operations (CRI, CRA, CR), the first half of 2025 saw the issuance of 700 series with a total fundraising of BRL 212 Bi.

These figures represent a decrease in the total amount raised of 32% when compared to the same period last year.

The report lists the firms that led the ranking of legal advisors in these transactions, as follows:

Debentures: in the ranking by value and number of issues, Machado Meyer leads, accounting for a total of BRL 39.3 billion in 49 issues.

Commercial Notes: in the ranking of legal advisors, Tozzini Freire Advogados leads by aggregate value, accounting for a total of BRL 13 billion. In terms of the number of issues, Machado Meyer leads, with a total of 12 advised issues.
CRI: In terms of the ranking of legal advisors, Lobo de Rizzo Advogados leads by value and number of series, accounting for a total of BRL 3.9 billion in 24 advised series.

CRA: In the ranking of legal advisors, Lefosse leads in terms of volume and number of series, accounting for a total of BRL 3.7 billion in 15 series.
