Machado Meyer advised Geneseas Aquacultura Ltda, which issued 10 certificates totaling R$ 45 million

Machado Meyer acted as advisor to the company, preparing, negotiating and reviewing the documents of the transaction. In all, 9 Financial Certificates of Rural Products and 1 Certificate of Agribusiness Credit Rights were issued by Geneseas Aquacultura Ltda.

The issuance was guaranteed by a corporate guarantee and a fiduciary assignment of credit rights. The amount is R$45 million.

Partner Raphael Oliveira Zono (pictured) led the work of Machado Meyer, along with attorney Ana Carolina Carpegiani Peyres Neves.

Slav Advogados also acted in the transaction representing other parties.
