Machado Meyer with Matrix Comercializadora and CS in loan negotiation

Machado Meyer acted as legal counsel of Matrix Comercializadora de Energia Elétrica S.A. and Banco de Investimento Credit Suisse (Brasil) S.A. in a loan in the total amount of BRL75 million

Machado Meyer acted as legal counsel to Matrix Comercializadora de Energia Elétrica S.A. and Banco de Investimento Credit Suisse (Brasil) S.A., in the negotiation of a loan with CS, through the issuance of a bank credit note by Matrix, in the total amount of BRL 75 million.

The transaction was also secured by a surety granted by Bismut and Matrix Energy and by an unconditional and irrevocable corporate guarantee (garantie indépendante à prima demande) issued by Duferco Participations Holding S.A. and governed by Luxembourg law.
