Madrona advises 2S shareholders on sale to Black Box
Madrona Advogados advised the shareholders of 2S Inovações Tecnológicas on the sale of 100% of its shares to Black Box. Completion of the transaction remains subject to certain conditions precedent. The transaction value was not disclosed.
Black Box is a global provider of digital infrastructure solutions, delivering network and systems integration, managed services and technology products to Fortune 100 companies and large multinational corporations.
The company operates across the United States, Europe, India, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Latin America, serving clients in sectors including financial services, technology, healthcare, retail, utilities and manufacturing.
The acquisition reinforces Black Box’s global growth strategy through 2030, focused on technology, innovation and the expansion of its capabilities, with a long-term target of approximately US$2 billion in annual revenue. Within this plan, Brazil plays a strategic role as a technology hub and a source of highly skilled talent for global markets.
The matter had a cross-border component involving the United States and India.
