Madrona advises Elfa on debenture meeting
Madrona Advogados advised Elfa Medicamentos on the General Meeting of Debenture Holders related to the company’s second issuance of simple debentures, a matter connected to the pharmaceutical distributor’s ongoing restructuring. The meeting, held on October 1, 2026, concerned debentures with a total value of BRL 70 million.
Elfa Medicamentos, a distributor of pharmaceuticals and medical and hospital supplies in Brazil, engaged Madrona Advogados to negotiate and draft the documentation required for the debenture holders’ meeting. The matter falls within the firm’s Capital Markets practice.
