Madrona Advogados has counselled Hapvida Participacões e Investimentos S.A on Promed Group acquisition

Madrona Advogados advised Hapvida Participações e Investimentos on the acquisition of Promed Group. The operation amounted $269.5 million.

Hapvida Participações e Investimentos S.A. operates as a health and dental care operator, offering health and dental plans and providing hospital and diagnostic services through its own network. Hapvida Participações e Investimentos serves customers all over Brazil. Grupo Promed is one of the most important health operator in Belo Horizonte. This operation is aimed to reinforce Hapvida presence at Minas Gerais state.
