Madrona advises on BRL 80M Falcon Consignado FIDC offering

Madrona Advogados acted as deal counsel in connection with the structuring of the Classe Única – Responsabilidade Limitada do Falcon Consignado Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios (FIDC), as well as its primary public offering of quotas.

The fourth issuance comprised up to 80,000 quotas, including senior and mezzanine tranches, for a total amount of up to BRL 80 million. The fund is administered by BRL Trust DTVM and managed by Riza Securitização e Carteiras Gestora de Recursos. The offering was coordinated by BRL Trust DTVM. Falcon Consignado FIDC invests in receivables arising from payroll-deductible credit card transactions and payroll-deductible loans.
