Madrona advises Sabesp on the acquisition of Águas de Castilho

Madrona advised Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo (Sabesp), through its subsidiary Sabesp Participações, on the acquisition of the 70% share capital of Águas de Castilho previously held by Iguá Saneamento, for BRL 30,719,967.00. With the closing of the transaction, Sabesp Participações now holds 100% of the share capital of Águas de Castilho.
