Madrona Advogados advised Vision Brazil Gestão de Investimentos e Participações Ltda. on the sale of senior quotas to Banco BTG Pactual S.A.
Madrona Advogados acted as legal advisor to Vision Brazil Gestão de Investimentos e Participações Ltda. in the sale of senior quotas of the V7 Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Não Padronizados – Ações Judiciais to Banco BTG Pactual S.A. and in the negotiation of a shareholders’ agreement between the parties.
The transaction involves the transfer of a significant asset under management from Vision to BTG.
