Madrona Advogados advises on the sale of Iter shares to Solis
Madrona Advogados advised the controlling shareholders of Iter, an asset manager focused on credit rights investment funds, on the sale, carried out by the controlling shareholder and other partners, of shares representing Iter’s controlling interest to Solis Investimentos.
The closing of the transaction s subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.
