Madrona Advogados appoints new CEO

Madrona Advogados, has announced the appointment of Danilo Mininel (pictured) as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 2026, for a three-year term. The decision, formalized during a partners’ meeting, is part of a structured succession plan developed in collaboration with Ricardo Madrona, who will conclude his tenure at the end of this year.

A founding partner of the firm, Danilo Mininel is widely recognized for his practice in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions, advising on complex strategic transactions across sectors such as services, technology, energy, food and beverage, retail, and industry. He also serves as Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean at the Alliot Global Alliance (AGA).

Ricardo Madrona, who has led the firm’s management since 2022, will remain as a partner. Beginning in 2026, he will focus on his Corporate and M&A practice while continuing to support business development and governance initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition.

The transition is supported by the firm’s governance bodies and guided by its enduring institutional commitment to excellence. The process is anchored in a well-established governance structure designed to ensure continuity, strategic alignment, and operational stability.
