Madrona Advogados advised Companhia Vontobel de Investimentos, Pinheiro Neto advised SPAL
Advising on the sale of 100% of the shares of CVI Refrigerantes to SPAL (Brazilian subsidiary of FEMSA), for BRL 632,500,000.
CVI Refrigerantes operates a Coca Cola bottling plant and three distribution centers in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, serving more than 13 thousand points of sale and more than 2.8 million consumers.
The transaction not only complements FEMSA’s presence in southern Brazil, but is also an additional step in the strategy of exploring inorganic growth opportunities, generating value to FEMSA’s shareholders and a positive impact on the communities where it operates.
