Madrona Fialho act on joint venture to creat Nexdom
Madrona Fialho Advogados advised on the transiction in which Unimed, a health cooperatives conglomerate with more than 20.5 thousand beneficiaries across the country, unified two technology companies in its portfolio – Unio and Zitrus – to create the healthtech Nexdom, which begins its operations with a revenue of R$70 million and an estimated market value of R$250 million.
With all solutions united, investing in automation and machine learning technologies and with an area being created dedicated to artificial intelligence, Nexdom expects to attend 80% of all Unimed operators in Brazil in 3 years. After this period, the company plans to expand the solution to other players in the healthcare market.
Madrona Fialho Advogados advised Unio Soluções em Tecnologia and relied on partners Danilo Mininel and Lidia Rossi, associates Marina Murad. The firm also assisted the joint venture in PI matters, through partner Luiza Tângari and associate Flavia Delgadillo Telles, and in Tax, through partner Rafael Malheiro.
