Madrona Fialho Advogados advised Cab Tec on the acquisition of all the shares issued by PCX Soluções em Tecnologioa da Informação.
The transaction represents the expansion of Cab Tec’s operations in providing information technology consulting services, in addition to strengthening the corporate structure with strategic individuals, since the sellers received shares issued by Cab Tec as payment of the purchase price.
