Madrona Fialho Advogados advised Inspira Mudança Participações on the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by Pontomed Pré-Vestibular and Pontomed Administração de Cursos, companies based in Salvador/BA, focused mainly in preparing students for university entrance exams.
The closing of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent, marking a relevant step in Inspira’s strategy of strengthening its presence in the northeast of Brazil.
