Madrona Fialho advises Aperam on a joint venture with Ferbasa
Madrona Fialho advised Aperam Inox America do Sul on the formation of a joint venture with Cia de Ferro Ligas da Bahia Ferbasa, designed to explore rural properties for eucalyptus cultivation.
The eucalyptus, in turn, will be used for the production of charcoal by Aperam BioEnergia, which will feed Ferbasa’s industries, promoting the energy transition of Ferbasa’s production.
The value of the transaction is confidential.
