Madrona Fialho advises Bioclean on its sale to Delly Kosmetic
Madrona Fialho advised Bioclean, a prominent company in the cosmetics sector focusing on depilatory products, owner of the trademarks Depil Bella and Raavi, on the sale of the company to Delly Kosmetic Comércio e Indústria, a company within the multinational group of Italian origin, Alfaparf.
The transaction will launch Alfaparf into the cosmetics and depilatory products which, in its turn, increase Alfaparf’s portfolio of products.
The transaction value worth BRL 140 million.
