Madrona Fialho advises on CRA issuance by the Província

Madrona Fialho acted as deal counsel in the 16th public offering distribution of Certificates of Agribusiness Receivables (CRA) issued by Companhia Província de Securitização, in the total amount of BRL 85 millions, backed by one CPR-F (Rural Product Note) issued by Cooperativa Tritícola Caçapavana in favor of Provincia.

The issuance is guaranteed by fiduciary assignment of credit rights owned by Cotrisul.
