Madrona Fialho advises on CRI issue by TJK Renda Imobiliária FII

Madrona Fialho advised on the public offering of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables – CRI, under CVM 160, issued by Companhia Província Securitizadora, in the amount of BRL 20 million, backed by real estate credits arising from leasing contracts assigned by TJK Renda Imobiliária Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário. The CRI was guaranteed by a fiduciary lien of real estate.
